  • THANK YOU REGION 6

“Ref: [PGRPA region 6] Joseph Pachuta, WW2 Army Veteran, New Britain / Newtown 29 MAY 15

    Dear Bob,

I am especially grateful to you, as Ride Captain, and to those PGR members who participated in this mission.  As a PGR member and veteran myself, I have always known that our role was honorable and just.  However, I have now experienced your presence from the family’s perspective and can assure you that all in attendance were overwhelmed by the honor and respect demonstrated on behalf of my father.  Your impact cannot be understated.

Thank you all for your patriotism, your generosity and for all that you do for our veteran’s families.

    Bravo Zulu

    Mark Pachuta & family”

    Well done all.

  • Letter regarding SSGT Andrew Stevens mission, 12 JAN 15
    Sir,
Thank you from the bottom of our heart for posting the mission to honor Andrew Stevens and his family. Andrew, Katy and the boys lived next door to our Navy son, daughter in-law and grandkids in San Diego until the Stevens moved to North Carolina a year ago.  Andrew was truly one of those special people who always had a smile and hugged us when we went to see the kids.  He was such a proud husband and dad and American Hero. We are heartbroken for this family.
My wife and I are members of the Southern CA PGR and are from Temecula, CA and wish we could be there Monday to honor Andrew.  We are sending our son and daughter in-law Trenton and Jessica Grinstead  back on Saturday to honor their friend and be with Katy, Hunter and Logan.
God bless each of you along with all of the PGR for honoring this hero.  Here are a few photos of the Stevens family. The two in the picture with Hunter and Logan are our grandkids Payton and Blake.

Again, thank you for being there and…..Thank you for my freedom!

  • THANK YOU FROM THE FAMILY OF ROBERT M RAY

Received this from our RCIC of this mission Adam Falkenburg Thanks to all that helped with this mission.

Subject: Letter of Appreciation for Robert M. Ray Service

    Dear Patriot Guards & Ride CPT’s Adam & Dale:…
On behalf of Robert M. Ray, for whom you honored November 15 in Seneca, PA, my family would like to convey our sincere thanks and gratitude for the high degree of professionalism and respect your members exhibited. It was truly a sight to behold as my brother Mike and I drove into the funeral home parking lot!
We thank you also for the presentation of the plaque, mission accomplished pin and the booklet with all the wonderful emails. It was truly heartwarming to read all those sentiments from folks who had never met my father. Again, thank you for your presence and for all that you do to honor our nation’s finest. May God bless all of you.

    Sincerely,
    Gregory T. Ray MSG(Ret.)
