The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited by the family of Sergeant Major William Robert “Bill” Field U.S. Army, to stand in silent honor for his visitation and service then escort for the interment.
Bill served in the U.S Army and was honorably discharged with the rank of Sergeant Major, serving 24 years before he retired.
Bill received the Vietnam Campaign Medal, the Army Commendation Medal w/ two oak leaf clusters, the Vietnam Cross of Gallantry, w/palm, the Good Conduct Medal (7th) Award, the Meritorious Service Medal w/ 1 oak leaf cluster, the National Defense Service Medal, the Vietnam Service Medal (2 Campaigns) and the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal.
William “Bill” Robert Field served our country with honor, its now our turn to honor him.
