The family of Army Veteran “Ben” Tencer has requested that the Patriot Guard Riders stand in silent honor of their American Hero. Mr. Tencer was a Staff Sergeant who serve in Northern France, Ardennes and Central Europe who received the Bronze Star Of Valor, Purple Heart with one leaf cluster, Good Conduct Medal, American Theater Service Medal, WWII Victory Medal and the European African Middle Eastern Campaign Medal with four battle stars.
