US Navy Veteran Robert “Percy” Wayne Betaire to Stand in Silent Honor for their American Hero.
While aboard the AGS, San Pablo from 1961 – 1966, during the Vietnam Era at age 30,
Robert Betaire served as the Ship Barber.
