Commander Phillip F “Jet” Palmatier Jr
The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited by American Legion Post #192 in Coudersport Borough To Stand for the Bridge Dedication Honoring and Remembering Commander Phillip F “Jet” Palmatier Jr.
Commander Palmatier was appointed to the United States Naval Academy. On Dec. 10, 1990. Palmatier was flying a TA-4 Skyhawk as part of a routine training mission when his plane collided with another TA-4. Commander was 40 at the time of his death and was serving as Commanding Officer of a Training Squadron from the Chase Field Naval Air Station in Texas.
Under Act 9 of 2018, the bridge located on Avenue A over the Allegheny River in Coudersport Borough is designated now, the Commander Phillip F. “Jet” Palmatier Jr Memorial Bridge and we are inviting all To Stand In Honor for a True American Hero.

Members can attend all of a Mission or any part of the Mission. PGR sets no time for a Member to Escort and or Stand a Mission. We Thank You for whatever time you give us, and the families of our Heroes appreciate your time.
