The Pennsylvania Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to participate in Wreaths Across America at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
This is a two part mission.
Part 1. 8:00 AM
Assist the cemetery staff with the distribution of wreaths to staging points around the cemetery property.
This entails loading the wreaths onto trailers and vehicles by one group and unloading the wreaths at the staging points by another group.
Staging/Briefing: at the Maintenance Building in back of the Cemetery Administration Offices at 8:00 AM.
Part 2. 11:45 AM
Laying wreaths on the gravesites at the cemetery.
Participate with other interested groups from the Southwestern Pennsylvania area.
Staging/Briefing: 11:45 AM Parking lot of Administration building.
(It is advised to come early for this part of the mission because of the limited parking situation)
Remember that the National Cemetery is a federal reservation and NO WEAPONS are allowed.
Please pay attention to the weather and dress accordingly.
