UPDATE FROM NCOTA
Good evening everyone.  I just received word that the last truck arrived at the cemetery a few minutes ago. If anyone could show up tomorrow morning at 8 o’clock to help offload this last truck I would greatly appreciate it. Please pass the word to anyone who would be willing to volunteer. This truck has 672 boxes on it. Thank you and have a good evening.

Update from NCOTA on WAA as of today, Thursday, 17 DEC 2020
Good evening everyone, I hope all is well.
As of 6pm tonight, I have no new news on the delivery of the last truck of wreaths. We have contracted the trucking company multiple times, but we have not heard anything back. As soon as I hear of a delivery date and time, I will surely send it out.
Any assistance from your groups would be greatly appreciated.
Take care and stay safe!

To All:

Update from NCOTA on WAA as of today, Thursday, 17 DEC 2020

Good afternoon all,

I want to thank all those who showed up the last couple of days to help offload the 885 boxes of wreaths. With the weather, the holidays and COVID-19, I know this has put a strain on all of you. I cannot express enough gratitude for all your assistance. We could not do this by ourselves and perform interments. Thank you again!

Unfortunately, we still have one truck that has yet to show up. This truck has 672 boxes. I do not have a date or time as to when they will show up. As soon as I do, I will pass the word out. Anyone who can assist, your service would be greatly appreciated.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Take care and have a wonderful day!

Respectfully,

Edward A. Hajduk

To All:
Update from NCOTA on WAA as of today, Wednesday, 16 DEC 2020
Some of you might have heard but one of the trucks that was supposed to be delivered today was postponed for 11 hours. He will arrive late tonight or tomorrow morning. That will make 3 trucks that should be delivered tomorrow. I say should because of the recent snowstorm and the possibility of the turnpike being shutdown we may or may not have all the trucks here tomorrow morning.
I respectfully request anyone assistance in offloading the trucks tomorrow morning. I know the roads will be bad so do not put yourself in harm’s way. Your safety and the safety of others are more important.
This is what I am hoping will arrive tomorrow morning.
1 truck has 672 boxes
1 truck has 300 boxes
1 truck has 35 boxes
If you could make it, please arrive by 8am. Park by the main flagpole or by shelter 3 or by shelter 2. (See attached map)
Thank you and have a wonderful day!
Respectfully,
Edward A. Hajduk
Director
