This is a non-PGR mission, however, everyone is invited to attend. Below is the information concerning the event.
Wednesday, July 27
- 8:00 to 9:00 am – Truck arrives at Calvary Fellowship Church (Rt. #113) West Uwchlan Ave. Downingtown, PA 19335 (Across the street from the Downingtown East High School) only the 9:00 am arrival of escort. They don’t want extra traffic in the area.)
- 9:00 am – Police and Motorcycle Escort arrives at Calvary Fellowship Church
- 9:30 – Directions to Escort
- 10:00 – Kickstands up and Escort departs
- 10:15 – Arrive at Veteran’s Memorial at Kerr Park for short wreath laying ceremony
- 11:00 – Arrive at Community Park
- 11:00-11:30 – Media Briefing at Community Park
- 12:30 – Setup begins for The Wall
- 3:00-7:00 – First shift of volunteers for The Wall
- 5:30-6:30 – Volunteer Training for The Wall – expect approximately 1/3 attendance by volunteers, training session not mandatory
