TOM MOODY SR STEPS DOWN

As many of you may know, Tom Moody has stepped down as Asst. State Captain for Western PA. Tom stepped up in a time of need and we realized that Tom would not stay forever. I wish to thank Tom for his service to the PGRPA and Veteran’s everywhere.
