The Patriot Guard Riders have been asked to escort SSgt Benjamin Hines, on the final leg of his journey home, Saturday April 20th. Ben Served in Afghanistan and was one of three Marines that lost their lives when hit with an IED targeting a military convoy, SSgt Hines was awarded the following Medals: Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, Navy Unit Commendation Medal, Marine Corps Good Conduct Medal, Selected Marine Corps Reserve Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, Armed Forces Reserve Medal, NATO Medal, Meritorious Mast. We will meet and escort SSgt Hines to Harrisburg. SSgt Benjamin Hines is a patriot who served our country with honor and now it’s our turn to honor him.
