The Patriot Guard Riders have been asked to honor Spc5 Geoffrey Charles Baer, for his service to our country at his committal Wednesday May 12th at Union Cemetery of Hellertown
Geoffrey served our country faithfully in the US Army during the Vietnam War. For his service Geoffrey received the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, 3 O/S Bars, Vietnam Campaign Medal with 60 Device, Vietnam Cross of Gallantry w/Palm, Bronze Star Medal w/2 Oak Leaf Clusters.
We will meet with American Legion Riders of post 397 Were Geoffrey was Sergeant at Arms, a past Commander, and also an American Legion Rider. We will escort Specialist Baer to his final rest at Union Cemetery of Hellertown where we will stand to honor his service to our country. Spc5 Geoffrey Charles Baer is a true American Patriot that has served this nation with honor. Now it’s our turn to stand and honor him
