Send off for eight families with ten children to Snowball Express in Texas.

Staging: By 6:00 AM Greater Pittsburgh Airport Short Term Parking on upper level, right side as you look at the terminal.
Briefing: 6:15 AM (We need time to get our passes at the counter before the arrival of the families)
The families are arriving at 7 am and will be escorted to their gate no later than 7:30 am.
Important details:
All Patriot Guard Riders attending, Bill Howley will need your name (as it appears on their driver’s license) by Dec. 1, 2014.
Please send your name to wjh6899@comcast.net. This will allow us to get the gate passes and inform security of our attendance at the event. Remember to bring your license with you to the airport.
Please bring your clean 3X5 handheld American flags. Service flags will be provided as well.
Please remember that no weapons are permitted on the airport property.
