The Patriot Guard Riders have been asked to honor United States Air Force Korean War Veteran SSgt. Carl Richard Garber with a flagline at his viewing, followed by an escort, and a flag line at his committal with military honors at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery on Tuesday February 14th. Staging is 0930 Hrs. Visitation begins at 1000 Hrs at Rothermel-Finkenbinder Funeral Home, an, 1130 Hrs service, followed by an escort to IGNC to his final rest.
Carl enlisted into the Air Force. on April 17, 1953. Reporting to James McConnally Air Force Base in Texas. He was assigned to the 3567th Flight Line Maintenance Squadron where he earned the National Defense Service Medal, the Good Conduct Medal, and the Aircrew Member Badge for his service. SSgt Carl Richard Garber is a true patriot who served his country with honor. Now it is our turn to stand and honor him.
