The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited by the family of Richard “Rich” Raymond Price, a U.S. Army veteran, U.S. Army Reservist, Emergency Medical Technician and a Patriot Guard Rider to stand in silent honor by Flag Line for visitation and service then escort to the cemetery for the interment.

After graduation Rich enlisted in the U.S. Army November of 1992, which include a tour overseas before he was honorably discharged with the rank of Specialist (E4) August of 1996. Following, Rich transferred to the U.S. Army Reserves.

Decorations include the Army Achievement Medal, Good Conduct Medal and the National Defense Service Medal.

After time served in the military, Rich became an EMT for Port Allegany Medical Service from 2003 until 2007.

Regarding Rich’s Civil Service,Rich answered the call. To Stand For Those Who Stood For Us, a Patriot Guard Rider of 8 plus years and supporting his community as a member of American Legion Post #887 in Eldred, Pennsylvania.

Rich served our country and his community with honor, it’s now our turn to stand in honor for him.

American Legion Post #887 will accord full military honors.

Members can attend all of a mission or any part of the mission. PGR sets no time for a member to escort and or stand a mission. We Thank you for whatever time you give us and the families of our heroes appreciate your time.

Also, before heading out please watch the weather, dress accordingly and bring your 3 X 5 handheld American flags.
