WWII, Korean & Vietnam Veteran

The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited by the family of Arthur Frederick Kunst Sr., U.S. Navy Retired, to stand in silent honor for his service then escort to the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies for the interment.
Arthur served in the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Navy Reserves from September of 1942, having served in theatre during WWII, Korea, Vietnam and was honorably discharged, retiring after 40 years of service with the rank of Naval Captain, September of 1982.
Decorations include, the Asiatic Pacific Medal and the WWII Victory Medal.
Arthur served our country with honor, it’s now our turn to honor him.

Members can attend all of a mission or any part of the mission. PGR sets no time for a member to escort and or stand a mission. We Thank you for whatever time you give us and the families of our heroes appreciate your time.
Remember that the National Cemetery is a Federal Reservation and NO WEAPONS are permitted. Also grab your masks, they need to be worn while social distancing during the service and interment and once indoors.
Please be aware & alert of your surroundings. Also, before heading out please watch the weather, dress accordingly and bring your 3 X 5 handheld American flags.
