The family of Navy World War 2 Veteran Sheldon George Hurst, Sr. has requested the Patriot Guard Riders stand to honor his service to our nation at his funeral and interment, Friday, July 8th. Sheldon served as a gunnery in the European Theatre during World War 2. Sheldon’s daughter Mimi is Georgia PGR, and has asked us to help honor her father. Sheldon Hurst, Sr. is a patriot who served our country with honor and now it’s our turn to stand and honor him.
