The family of WWII Veteran Samuel R. Sanguinito has requested the Patriot Guard Riders stand to honor his service to our nation at his visitation, funeral service and interment at St. Anthony’s Cemetery, Tuesday January 16th and Wednesday, January 17th.  Samuel served in the European theatre during World War II.  Among the many awards and decorations he received were the Purple Heart Medal, the Bronze Star Medal, and the Combat Infantry badge.  Samuel was a member of VFW Post 1290, American Legion Post 611, Purple Heart Association, and Disabled Veterans Association.  Samuel R. Sanguinito is a patriot who served our country with honor and now it’s our turn to stand and honor him.
