The Patriot Guard Riders of Pennsylvania have been invited by the family of Robert Roy Ruffner Sr. , a U.S. Marine Corps veteran , to stand in silent honor for his service.
Robert enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps, assigned to the Marine Corps Air Station in Cherry Point, NC during the Vietnam Era from October of 1959, last duty assignment as Bulk Fuelman until he was honorably discharged October of 1963 with the rank of Corporal.
Decorations include the Good Conduct Medal.
Following time served, Robert became a member of the American Legion Post #138 of Smethport.
Robert served our country and his community with honor, it’s now our turn to stand in honor for him.

Following, Military Honors by United States Marine Corps Honor Guard and American Legion Post #138 Honor Guard of Smethport, at St. Bernard Mausoleum.
Members can attend all of a mission or any part of the mission. PGR sets no time for a member to escort and or stand a mission. We Thank you for whatever time you give us and the families of our heroes appreciate your time.
Also, before heading out please watch the weather, dress accordingly, bring your 3 X 5 handheld American flags and grab your masks.
