The family of Korean War Army Veteran Robert M. Hess has requested the Patriot Guard Riders stand to honor his service to our nation at his funeral service and interment in Lititz, Thursday, June 1. As a Sergeant in the Army, Robert was a tank commander on the front lines during the Korean War. He was a member of Manheim VFW Post 5956 and American Legion Post 34, Lancaster. After the funeral service in Lititz, we will escort Robert and his family to Conestoga for interment with full military honors. Robert Hess is a patriot who served our country with honor and now it’s our turn to stand and honor him.
