The Patriot Guard Riders have been asked to stand in honor of Petty Officer 2nd Class Robert Lawrence Yost. Robert began his service in the USAF from 1973-76, He then continued his service in the US Navy in 1982. In 1985 Robert began working at the Naval Supply Systems Command, Business Systems Center in Mechanicsburg Pa. until he retired in 2018 after 32 years of honorable service. Robert was the recipient of Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, Rifle and Pistol Expert Badge, National Defense Service Medal, Presidential Unit Citation, Air Force Outstanding Service Ribbon with Device, Good Conduct Medal, And a Plaque for Outstanding Contribution from the Naval Supply Systems. We will stand in a flag line at Buhrig Funeral Home from 0900-1100 Hrs when we will then stand down. We will again stand for Robert at his interment at IGNC at 1430 Hrs in honor of Roberts service to our nation. PO2 Robert Lawrence Yost is a true patriot who served our country with honor and now it’s our turn to stand and honor him.

Stage at the parking lot opposite the rear of the PA Memorial, (turn left at the US Flag Circle). DO NOT PROCEED TO COMMITTAL SITE WITHOUT PERMISSION.
NOTE: Concealed carry permits are NOT recognized on military installations and federal reservations. Indiantown Gap National Cemetery is a federal reservation. Do not bring weapons or hazardous materials to this mission.
