The staff of Indiantown Gap National Cemetery has informed the Patriot Guard Riders that,
two unaccompanied Veterans will be laid to rest on Wednesday, June 25th at 1430 and 1500 Hrs. United States Army veteran, PV2 John Thomas Whelan Jr. John served honorably as a Personal Management Specialist from 1974 to 1977
United States Navy Veteran, DK2 Perry Cleveland Gardner, served as a Disbursing Clerk from 1980-1985.
John and Perry will be laid to rest at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, on Wednesday, June 25th, at 1430–1500 Hrs.
PV2 John Thomas Whelan Jr. and DK2 Perry Cleveland Gardner served this country honorably. Now it is our turn to stand and honor them.
