Veterans Day - Monday, Nov. 11, 2024
About the Missions:
There are three different locations where we have been asked to provide the flag line in celebration of those who have bravely served our nation. They are staged throughout the day so please attend as able.
Location#1
Primary Staging:
8:00-8:15 AM Buses are scheduled to arrive approx. 8:30.
Salisbury Elementary School

Instructions:
The flagline will form on the sidewalk of the main entrance to welcome the students as they get off their buses. This is always a special day for the kids when they pull up and see all the flags lined up!

Location #2
Primary Staging:
11:30 AM (Ceremony to begin at Noon)
Mission BBQ - Freedom Isn't Free Ceremony

Instructions:
Weather permitting we will form in the parking lot. A free sandwich will be offered to all veterans attending. ________________________________________________________________________

Primary Staging:
2:00-2:15 PM Ceremony at 2:30 p.m followed by Dedication of the new Veterans Memorial

Instructions:
This project is the result of the hard work and efforts of Gold Star Dad Brian Smith. He will further direct us upon our arrival.
