The Patriot Guard Riders Have been asked to stand in silent honor for Frank Haley, a U.S. Navy Veteran on December 19th 6:00 to 8:00 PM, Funeral will be December 20, 2023, at 1:00 PM, then escort to the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies for a 2:30 PM interment. US Navy Veteran Frank Haley served our country from January 23,1963 to January 22, 1969. During his time of service, he earned a Good Conduct Medal, Navy Unit Commendation, and National Service Defense Medal.
