The Patriot Guard Riders will participate with the Gary Sinise Foundation and American Airlines, to once again escort 15 Gold Star Kids and their families. The Gold Star Families are going to Walt Disney World Orlando Florida.

Instructions:
Briefing: 3:15 AM, additional information will be provided at briefing.
Proceed: 3:45 AM, to the American Airlines ticket counter.
Procure boarding pass: 4:00 AM
Note: make sure you bring your Photo ID with you. (Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian)
Flag-Line: for the Gold Star Families to walk through, right outside the TSA.
***Important Information*** Please keep in mind that each person attending this event will need to go through a TSA security screening, just the same as if you yourself were going on a trip by plane. Have your Photo ID out and ready along with the Passenger Boarding Ticket you will be given that morning. Please remember that you will need to remove your vests / jackets, your shoes / boots, cell phones, wallets, belts, jewelry, etc. they will go in a bin to be scanned as well as you will be scanned. That being said No weapons of any kind, if you choose to come on your motorcycle and are wearing your chaps, please remove them and leave them locked up on your motorcycle. If you have a medical condition (AKA Medical Metal, or swelling that makes it difficult to remove your footwear, etc.) Please step aside and inform the TSA Security Agent quietly let them know so they can scan you with a wand. We have to get through TSA Security in a timely manner. The time schedule is important to follow due to the construction in the airport, as well as this will be a LIVE flight for our Gold Star Families.

Large Bike Flags will not be needed.
