The family of Lloyd Edward “Ed” Bentzel has requested the Patriot Guard Riders to stand to honor his service to our nation at his funeral service, escort, and interment ceremony Friday, August 5. Ed served in the Army during the Korean War. Ed was a member of the Mechanicsburg American Legion Post 109 and the Carlisle AMVETS Post 274. Ed Bentzel is a patriot who served our country with honor and now it’s our turn to stand and honor him.
