The Patriot Guard Riders of Pennsylvania have been invited by the Patriot Guard Riders of West Virginia and the family of Joseph Paul Cumblidge, U.S.C.G. and PGRWV Former State Captain, to stand in silent honor for his service.
Joe entered in the U.S. Coast Guard in 1969. His primary service was Radioman from 1974-1976 and was honorably discharged, with the rank of Petty Officer First Class in 1980.
Decorations include, the National Defense Service Medal, the Coast Guard Good Conduct Medal and the Coast Guard Meritorious Unit Commendation Medal W/ Silver “O”.
Following time served Joe became one of us, A Patriot Guard Rider, Standing For Those Who Stood For Us and sadly, it’s now our turn to stand for him.
