The family of retired Army Veteran John “Jack” W. McCoy has requested the Patriot Guard Riders stand to honor his service to our nation at his funeral and interment Tuesday, April 7. Jack served in World War 2 and retired from the Army after 42 years of service. Jack’s daughter, Cathy, is a friend of the PGR and member of the White Plains Harley Riders, and has asked us to honor her father.

 

This will be a two state PGR mission. Following the funeral service in Hawley PA, Jack will be transferred to the Bronx with the PGRNY handling the interment ceremonies at Woodlawn. Jack McCoy is a patriot who served our country with honor and now it’s our turn to stand and honor him.
