The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited back to stand in honor for all who have served on Veterans Day at the National Cemetery of Alleghenies.
Veterans Day originated as “Armistice Day” 11 November 1919 to commemorate the end of World War I (Most hostilities formally ended at the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month of 1918). The day became an annual observance in 1926 the 11th of November and became a national holiday in 1938.
This is an open invite, all are welcome including children.
They stood for us, now it’s our turn to stand for them.
Note: that this ceremony is a recurring mission held annually.
