The family of Harry E. Richards, Jr. has requested that the Patriot Guard Riders stand in silent honor and escort their American Hero to his final resting place. Mr. Richards served his country during WWII in the European Theater under Gen Patton. He received two Purple Hearts, two Bronze Battle Stars, CIB, and the French Croix de Guerre.
