Vietnam War Era Army Veteran

1 MAY 2015

Indiantown Gap, PA

The staff of Indiantown Gap National Cemetery has informed the Patriot Guard Riders that Vietnam War Era Army Veteran SPC 4 Edward A. Bowers has passed with no known family. We have been asked to stand to honor his service to our nation as he is interred with full military honors at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Friday, May 1. Many Vietnam vets did not get the recognition they deserved when they returned from serving their country. We will be there to ensure that Ed gets the honor he deserves as he goes to his final rest. Edward Bowers was a patriot who served our country with honor and now it’s our turn to stand and honor him.
