The Family of Cpl. Bernard Ward has asked the Patriot Guard Riders to stand in honor of Bernard’s service to our country on Friday, February 25th at 1030 Hrs.
Bernard served from Nov 1944 through Feb 1946 as a Cpl. Under Gen. Patton In the US Army, Company A, 24th Tank Battalion. For his service Bernard received the Good Conduct Medal, the American Theater Ribbon, the European African Middle Eastern Theater Ribbon, and the WW II Victory Ribbon.
The Service will be at Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Lansdale Pa. There we will stand in honor of Bernard and his service to this country. Cpl Bernard Ward is a true patriot that stood for his country. Now it is our turn to stand for Bernard
