The staff of Indiantown Gap National Cemetery has informed the Patriot Guard Riders that World War II Army Veteran Charles J. Hund has passed with no known family. We have been asked to stand to honor his service to our nation as he is interred with full military honors at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Thursday, January 18th. Charles served in the Army between 1944 and 1946. We will be there to ensure that Charles gets the honor he deserves as he goes to his final rest. Charles’ wife, Mary Hund, will also be interred with Charles at the ceremony.
Charles Hund is a patriot who served our country with honor and now it’s our turn to stand and honor him.
