The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited by the family of George Fischer US Air Force To Stand In Silent Honor.
During time served, George received the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal and the Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal. George served our country with Honor, now its time for us to Stand and Honor him.
