The VA Medical Center and Cremation and Funeral Care have requested that the Patriot Guard Riders escort this American Hero to his final resting place.
The name of this Hero will be disclosed by the Ride Captain at the briefing. Patriot Guard Riders will also be asked to be Pall Bearers.

A Flag Line will be established at the committal shelter upon arrival at the cemetery.
Please bring your 3X5 hand held flags. Dress and drive for the weather.
Remember that the National Cemetery is a federal reservation and NO WEAPONS are permitted.
Staging: 9:00 AM at the South area of the funeral home parking lot. (By the side portico). Please do not line up for the escort until directed by the Ride Captain.
