Dear PGR,

I would like to extend on behalf of my family and myself, our sincerest appreciation of the honor you paid my husband, Sherman Kirk Ewing III at his funeral service September 4, 2013. Sherman “Jake” was the Commander of his post-Post 537 of Joanna, PA. He would have been so humbled by the honors paid him, as were we, his family. It is an amazing thing you do for veterans. The plaque which arrived a little while later was a lovely and touching surprise which will be treasured. Thank you all again so very much for the wonderful honor you pay our veterans.
