The family of Alphonse P. Elliot has requested our presence at his viewing and internment. This U.S.Army veteran served both on foreign soil, in France for 13 months, then 3 years active Army duty in the states and three years in the Army Guards. After graduating high school, Alphonse pursued two years of college and earned a degree in Chemistry. When he later answered the call to serve his country by joining the United States Army, he became certified in the Signal Corps. He served honorably with a reflection of his discipline, patriotism, and unwavering sense of duty earning the Good Conduct Medal and National Defense Medal. Alphonse served his nation with honor and now it is our turn to honor him.
