United States Army SPC Gregory J. Creaturo, served his country as a tank driver in the Vietnam War. During his time of service, he earned the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal. Serving one year in the United States Army Pacific. Creaturo returned home from his service to continue serving his community as a Volunteer Firefighter for 34 years at the Bauerstown VFD Engine 259 Rescue. In his time with Bauerstown VFD, he served the following positions and offices: President,Treasurer, and Medical Officer.

Plaque will be presented to the family at the Neely Funeral Home. Then escort the family and the remains to the St. Matthews Parish, Holy Spirit Church in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
