The staff of Indiantown Gap National Cemetery has informed the Patriot Guard Riders that unaccompanied US Army Veterans Dayton and Richard Shearer will be laid to rest back to back at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, on Wednesday, October 9th, at 1430 and 1500Hrs.
Dayton. served his country honorably from 1944-1945 as a truck driver. His son Richard also served honorably from 1951-1954 in country with the Infantry during the Korean War
Dayton and Richard Shearer are patriots that served their country honorably. Now it is our turn to stand and honor them.
