John Clibbens, American Legion Rider of Post 474 and Patriot Guard Rider of Pennsylvania and the proud son of US Army Veteran John E. Clibbens Sr., has asked the Patriot Guard Riders to stand a silent Flag-Line to honor his father’s service to our country.
