The Patriot Guard Riders of Pennsylvania have been invited by the family of Daniel Anthony Maceno, a Army National Guard and a U.S. Army veteran to stand in silent honor for his service then escort to the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies for the interment.
Daniel enlisted in the Army National Guard in 1995 then activated to the U.S. Army for Operation Iraqi Freedom from February of 2004 until he was honorably discharged, with the rank of Sergeant January of 2005.
Decorations include the Army Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal (2nd Award), Global War On Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War On Terrorism Service Medal and the Armed Forces Reserve Medal with *M* Device.
Daniel served our country with honor, it’s now our turn to stand in honor for him.

Members can attend all of a mission or any part of the mission. PGR sets no time for a member to escort and or stand a mission. We Thank you for whatever time you give us and the families of our heroes appreciate your time.
Remember that the National Cemetery is a Federal Reservation and NO WEAPONS are permitted. Also, masks are no longer required for those fully vaccinated. If not fully vaccinated you are required to wear a mask while social distancing, during the service, interment and if indoors.
Also, before heading out please watch the weather, dress accordingly and bring your 3 X 5 handheld American flags.
