The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited by the family of Louis John Walters, U.S. Army, to stand in silent honor for his service then escort to the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies for interment.
Louis entered the U.S. Army April of 1953, served in theatre during the Korean War until honorably discharged, with the rank of Private First Class March of 1955.
Decorations include, the Good Conduct Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Korea Service Medal and the United Nations Medal.
Louis served our country with honor, it’s now our turn to honor him.

Members can attend all of a mission or any part of the mission. PGR sets no time for a member to escort and or stand a mission. We Thank you for whatever time you give us and the families of our heroes appreciate your time.
Remember that the National Cemetery is a Federal Reservation and NO WEAPONS are permitted. Also grab your masks, they need to be worn while social distancing during the service and interment and once indoors.
Please be aware & alert of your surroundings. Also, before heading out please watch the weather, dress accordingly and bring your 3 X 5 handheld American flags.
