The Patriot Guard Riders of Pennsylvania have been invited by the family of Active Duty Sergeant First Class Octavio O. Araujo, U.S. Army, to stand in silent honor for the service then escort him home for the interment.
Octavio enlisted in the U.S. Army with last duty assignment, an Airborne Ranger with the 35th Air Defense Artillery Brigade in South Korea while defending our country and protecting our freedom.
Decorations include, the Meritorious Service Medal (2nd Award) , the Army Commendation Medal (4th Award), the Army Achievement Medal (4th Award), the Good Conduct Medal (4th Award), the National Defense Service Medal, the Korea Service Medal (2nd Award), the Iraq Campaign Medal w/ Bronze Service Star, the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal and the Meritorious Unit Commendation Medal.
Octavio served our country with honor, it’s now our turn to stand in honor for him.
